Appalachian Wireless Corporate Headquarters
Client: Appalachian Wireless—Pikeville, Kentucky
The Appalachian Wireless Corporate Headquarters Complex is a 2.5 million dollar office facility, with 27,000 square feet of space designed to provide comfortable work environment and take advantage of passive solar heat-gain in the winter, indirect light year round and heat-gain prevention in the summer.
The Appalachian Wireless facility is a building that draws on the best examples of modern architecture through the use of indigenous and honest material selections. The goal was a building design that draws attention for its innovative appearance that contributes to eastern Kentucky as a progressive place to do business.
