Pike County Housing Authority Office Addition
Client: Pike County Housing Authority—Pikeville, Kentucky
Summit Architectural Services was given the opportunity to assist the Pike County Housing Authority, based in Pikeville, Kentucky, to design and plan an addition to their Pikeville, Kentucky office.
The Pike County Housing Authority project consists of a 5,440 square foot office addition, which is constructed of metal studs, and has a brick veneer exterior. The two-story addition was designed to feature offices, restrooms, and a large open workspace. The project budget for this project was $780,000.
