Preparation of Construction Documents and Specifications for the project (2 60,000 ft2 facility) including:
- Site civil requirements (grading, utilities, permitting & stream relocation)
- Total architectural plans and specifications
- HVAC designs
- Electrical plans
- Foundation plans
- Construction inspection
The facility has receiving docks and storage for both liquid and solid materials, a preparation center, ability to activate up to four production lines, production ovens, shipping area, storage facilities, offices, conference rooms, employee break rooms.
