Lover's Leap Subdivision
Client: Edgewater Development—Chloe Ridge Pikeville, Kentucky
Summit was intricately involved in the development of a post mining land use plan in order to obtain full bond release for a mining client which identified a subdivision as the highest and best use of the post mining property.
Design services were provided for a 53 lot subdivision which include roadway design, curb and gutter, water, sewer and underground utilities (electric, telephone and cable) .
Additionally, subdivision covenants and restrictions were developed according to the City ’ s Planning and Zoning Ordinances. Other services included the property management of the development including marketing of lots for sale.
