Operation of Bandmill Coal Corporation’ s Rum Creek Preparation Plant required enhancement of Rum Creek to comply with environmental guidelines established by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protect and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Summit prepared the required permits, designs, inspections and certifications of the required improvements.
