Stirrat Coal Company COE Bridge Permits
Client: Stirrant Coal Company—Logan County, West Virginia
The Stirrat Preparation Plant facility required the use of two bridges spanning Island Creek of the Guyandott River. Summit prepared the required designs and permit applications to receive approval in accordance with Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899.
